Mr. Palmer was born in Washington D.C. and grew up in Hyattsville, Maryland just two miles outside of Washington D.C. He then attended Towson University in Towson, Maryland, a suburb of Baltimore, where he pursued a degree in Music Education. Mr. Palmer graduated from Towson University in the year 2000, with a Bachelor of Science in Music with a concentration in Music Education. Mr. Palmer then went on to teach Kindergarten in Baltimore City for one year and then began teaching music at the Villa Maria School, a special education facility, and remained there until 2004. In 2004, Mr. Palmer and his wife relocated to Southern California and they now live in Westminster, CA.  During his free time, Mr. Palmer enjoys listening to and playing music, visiting with family and friends, and going to the beach.
