El Sol Tech Support provides technical service and support to parents and students for the following:
- Laptop and Hotspot Requests: We are no longer offering laptops or hotspots to parents.
- Troubleshooting Equipment or Software: Yes, we continue to support families with the equipment we have already distributed.
- Distance Learning Platforms: We continue offering support for PowerSchool, Schoology, and ParentSquare.
- Registration Assistance: Yes.
- Other Inquiries: TBD (please consult the office for guidance).
